Where a product is specifically described as anti-tarnish, the anti-tarnish finish is designed to help reduce tarnishing under normal conditions. It does not mean that the jewellery is completely immune to tarnishing or changes in appearance under all circumstances.
Normal wear and tear, scratches, damage caused by improper use and exposure to chemicals may not be considered product defects.
